Services To Help You

Individual Therapy: Psychotherapy consists of one-on-one sessions that allows us to explore the complexities of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential space. If you are experiencing anxiety, sadness, troubled relationships, or other problems, individual therapy can help make positive changes in your life.

Wellness/Life Coaching: Let’s work on making your life better together! Not all struggles in life are related to mental illness. Mental health is a spectrum. Many people experience mild or moderate symptoms of mental health illness. In coaching sessions, we focus on enhancing your general well-being, focus on specific problems, and work on goal setting and accomplishment. Each session is tailored to address specific concerns and give you guidance, insight, and actionable steps to help you move forward.
